1. The service
NEXORA AI provides AI agents, a website widget and an API that answer customers on your behalf using the knowledge and tools you configure.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge, product data and tool endpoints you connect, and for complying with the terms of any channel you use (for example Meta's Messenger and WhatsApp policies).
3. Credits and payment
Credits are prepaid, non-transferable and used per AI reply as shown in your dashboard. Top-ups are credited after payment verification.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, unlawful content, or to impersonate others.
5. Liability
AI replies can be wrong. Review your agent's behaviour in the playground and keep human handover enabled for sensitive topics.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
