Introduction

What the API does and the ideas behind it.

NEXORA AI gives every business an AI agent that answers customers from the business's own knowledge and systems. Everything you can do in the dashboard is also available over a JSON REST API.

Core ideas

  • Business — your account. Every key, agent and conversation belongs to exactly one business and is never visible to another.
  • Agent — the AI persona that replies: its language, tone, rules and AI model.
  • Knowledge — FAQs, documents and products or services the agent answers from. It never invents facts outside them.
  • Business tools — your own HTTPS endpoints (order status, appointments, bookings, account details) the agent can call mid-conversation.
  • Conversation — a thread with one customer on one channel. The agent keeps its memory per conversation.
  • Credits — each AI reply uses credits depending on the model, plus a little per tool call.

Five-minute path

  1. Create a secret key under Developers → API keys.
  2. Add a few FAQs under AI agent → FAQs.
  3. Send your first message with the chat endpoint.
  4. Show the reply on your website, app, Messenger bot — anywhere.
