Comments on your Facebook posts

Answer the comment section of a boosted post.

Most people who see a boosted post ask in the comments, not the inbox. NEXORA AI can answer there: a short public reply under the comment, and the full answer sent privately to that person — which opens a real Messenger thread with a buyer.

This is off by default. Turn it on per Page under Messenger, WhatsApp & Email → your Page → Comments on your posts.

What your Meta app needs

  • The pages_manage_engagement permission (on top of the Messenger ones).
  • The feed webhook field subscribed for the Page, alongside messages.

Keeping the cost down

A boosted post can pull hundreds of comments, and most of them are "nice", a 🔥 or a tagged friend. Three things run before any AI call:

  1. A free filter. Only comments that look like questions reach the AI. Everything else is logged as Skipped and costs nothing. (You can switch this off with "Answer every comment" — it costs more.)
  2. An answer cache per post. The second, tenth and two-hundredth "দাম কত?" under the same post reuse the first answer, at zero credits.
  3. A daily limit per Page (100 by default). One viral post can never drain your balance. Set it to 0 to remove the cap.

Every comment the agent saw is listed under Inbox → Post comments, with what it did and what it cost.

Good practice

  • Keep the public reply short and let the detail go to the inbox; the public line is for the other readers.
  • Map each boosted ad to its product under Ad links so "eta ache?" is never ambiguous.
  • Comments are answered with the same knowledge, tools and rules as any other channel — including the one that prices only come from your own price list.
