What exactly is NEXORA AI?
An AI agent platform for businesses. You add your knowledge (FAQs, documents, products or services) and connect your systems; the agent then answers your customers on your website, Messenger, WhatsApp, email or anywhere you call our API.
Do I need a developer?
No. The website widget is one line of code you paste into your site, and everything else is managed from the dashboard. Developers can go further with the REST API, webhooks and business tools.
Will the AI make things up?
The agent is instructed to answer only from your knowledge and live tool results, prices always come from your own price list, and every reply records its sources. When it does not know, it says so, offers a human, and adds the question to your "unanswered" list.
Which languages does it speak?
Bangla, Banglish (Bangla written in English letters) and English. By default, Bangla or Banglish messages get a reply in Bangla script, and English messages get English.
How do credits work?
Each AI reply uses credits — 1 on the Standard model, 3 on Advanced, 10 on Premium — plus 1 per tool call. Plans include monthly credits and you can top up any time. The first 5 playground tests each day are free.
How do I pay?
In taka, with bKash. Send the amount, then submit the transaction ID on your billing page — we check it by hand and your credits are added the same day. No card needed.
Can it connect to my POS, ERP or website?
Yes. Register an HTTPS endpoint as a business tool (order status, appointments, bookings, account details) and the agent calls it during the conversation. Our team can also build custom integrations on the Custom plan.
Is my data safe?
Each business is fully isolated. API keys are stored hashed, tool and channel credentials are encrypted, and outgoing webhooks are signed so you can verify they came from us.
