Credits & usage

Each AI reply costs the credits per reply of the agent's model (1 on Standard, 3 on Advanced, 10 on Premium) plus 1 credit per tool call. Messages you send yourself and replies from your team are free. The first 5 playground tests each day are free; after that they cost the same as a normal reply.

Photos and voice notes add a small amount per attachment (1 credit each by default, set under Site settings → Photos & voice). A voice note that could not be transcribed is not charged, and a comment the free filter skipped costs nothing at all.
